Sam Hale, Student Intern, is set to graduate from East Central University with his Master’s in Counseling Psychology in 2025. Sam joins FRSS with a unique blend of experience including almost 30 years of executive-level Human Resources expertise combined with over 5 years of performance coaching with athletes and elite performers. In his coaching role, he helps his clients improve their confidence, overcome negative thinking, and counter defeating perfectionistic behaviors. Sam’s professional training includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (E.M.D.R.).
Sam has been married for 30 years to his wife, Kristen, and has 4 adult children, two of whom are married and two who just left the house to begin their college experience. In their newly found empty nesting phase, Sam and Kristen enjoy spending time with family, attending various sporting events, and raising their new fur babies, Golden Retrievers named Ellie and Dexter.
